Struggling to contain their laughter at his unfortunate tumble, Scarlett and Joel attempted to open the show while Joe recovered.
As they tried to stifle their giggles and read from the auto-cue, Joe shouted: 'I told you I couldn't see in that!'
Hosts of I'm A Celeb's main show Ant and Dec then arrived in the studio and made sure to ask Joe if he was OK, with Dec claiming the duo were 'worried' about him.
Joe replied: 'Yeah, I'm alright! They didn't really work it out because there are no eyes in that thing!'?

Taking the opportunity to make light of Rebekah Vardy being told she couldn't partake in the latest Bushtucker trial alongside Stanley Johnson due to medical grounds, with Ant remarking: 'We need Doctor Bob, get Bob in!'?
Joel then joked: 'It's OK, we can replace with him Kez,' in reference to the Scottish politician stepping in for Rebekah last minute.?

He had donned the same costume worn by Amir Khan in Wednesday night's episode of the main show. The boxer had teamed up with comedian Iain Lee for the Dingo Dollar challenge and was forced to wear the hazardous costume throughout.?
Iain had to lead the blindfolded star through the jungle Pawn Shop?
Despite a few close shaves, the pair triumphantly won the challenge and headed off to the Outback Shack to spend their dingo dollars on strawberries and cream with Keith Kiosk.?
But the pair caused outrage as they decided to eat the entire prize themselves, instead of sharing it with their fellow campmates. Iain and Amir decided to lie to the camp and claim they had answered the challenge question incorrectly in a bid to hide their actions.?
Outrage:?Iain Lee and campmate Amir Khan caused outrage amongst camp after they decided to eat the hungry camp's Dingo Dollar Challenge Cash for Gold prize
Conscience: Amir said: 'Shall we eat them and say it was the wrong answer, shall we do that?' To which Iain laughed: 'And then they will say hang on is that cream on your moustache? It's tempting isn't it?
Adding to the betrayal, Amir then later left pal Iain to take much of the blame despite the boxer being the one to instigate the naughty situation and subsequently caused mass outrage amongst their fellow celebrities.
He had planted the idea into his co-star's ear and said: 'Shall we eat them and say it was the wrong answer, shall we do that?' To which Iain laughed: 'And then they will say hang on is that cream on your moustache? It's tempting isn't it?'
Pushing his luck, Amir asked again: 'Are we eating them or not, I’m having them, I want them, I want to eat them now.'
Falling at the first hurdle, Iain's willpower crumpled and he confessed: 'Right I’m eating them, I’m going to eat the strawberries'.
Decisions: Sitting down to dine on their feast, Iain's conscience came into play yet again as he second guessed his decision to eat the sweet fruit
'This is the worst thing we’ve ever done,' said Iain before they hid the evidence behind a tree. Heading straight to the Bush Telegraph after eating the feast, Iain confessed: 'We won some strawberries and cream and Amir physically intimidated me and forced me to eat the strawberries and cream.'
However, the betrayal proved too much for Iain as he told Amir that he had to confess and come clean to their campmates. 'We have to tell them,' protested Iain.
But Amir - who's idea it was originally to eat the strawberries - said: 'I ain’t going to tell them you can but I’m going to say it was your fault then, if you tell them you need to take the full blame, the only way they are going to find out is when they go back home back to the UK, they can find out then.'
Never tasted so sweet: Amir's face was covered in cream as he dined on the strawberries
None of the celebrities took Iain's confession seriously at first, but were later left irked when they realised he was being truthful. Dennis Wise blasted the pair, as he said: 'Just out of principle guys that is so wrong, so wrong.'
Rebekah added: 'If they were my kids I would be going ape s**t right now,' while Jamie Lomas insisted he would never have made the same move as his campmates.?
Amir, meanwhile, stuck to his word, and while he admitted eating the strawberries, he insisted it had all been Iain's idea, despite it being him driving the decision. Blissfully unaware of this, Dennis was seen telling Amir that he knew it 'wasn't in his character' and that he understands Iain must have influenced him.?
Amir and Iain were forced to miss out on the camp's meal that evening, with the other celebrities deciding it was only fair they went hungry as a punishment for devouring the treat. ?
