The 2003 movie sees a redheaded schoolboy fall for a beautiful mixed-raced American classmate, who he eventually chases to the airport to confess his feelings in a famously heart warming scene.?

Hofmann tweeted pictures of the characters next to the flame-haired Prince and his glamorous bride-to-be with the caption: 'This is awesome on so many levels.'

It prompted a flood of responses, including from one person who said: 'Glad these two worked it out'. ??
