'I just weighed myself out of curiosity. I've gained 21 kilograms. My pregnancy hasn't really gone to plan as far as my fitness is concerned,' she wrote.

'I thought I'd be able to keep up with my exercise until the end of my pregnancy but that did NOT happen haha.

'Due to a long term back problem and sciatica, I haven't been able to exercise for the past two months as I was just too uncomfortable. It was starting to make my back and sciatica worse.

'I made the choice to listen to my body and stop. It's only short term inactivity and there's always time to get my fitness back later.'

Staying positive about her changing body, Emily said she initially planned to exercise until she gives birth - but she could no longer keep up with her workout.

'I really admire other pregnant ladies who exercise throughout their pregnancy, they're awesome and I am slightly envious,' she said, laughing.

'But for me it just hasn't been possible and it doesn't worry me at all.'
