Battle: Amber's mum Maria was given the all clear back in March after she battled aggressive stage three breast cancer
'Evil': A spokesperson for Amber said the messages left the reality TV star 'distressed'
Amber's mother Maria, who works in recruitment, found an orange-sized tumour in her left breast in August 2016 as she was getting ready for bed one night, and was later diagnosed with aggressive stage three breast cancer.
She was given the all clear in March this year.?
The troll said of Amber's decision to move in with her boyfriend: 'She should be the one with cancer, not her poor mum.'?
Other vile messages included one which said Maria was going to die along with laughter emojis.
The troll seemed to be targeting Amber because she recently moved in with Chris, leaving her family home.
The troll told Amber that her mum would died without her, and said she should have been the one to get cancer
They raged: 'If my mum had cancer I wouldn't be running away with a guy that your using just for air time your a nasty sick b**** [sic].'
Amber was clearly horrified by the troll's comments and posted screenshots of them on Twitter.
She tweeted: 'Luckily my mum is over cancer but if she wasn't and was really unwell and this SICK SICK person kept going on like this. F*** there are evil people in this world.'
'Honestly it got worse. The comments are actually beyond disgusting. I wouldn't normally rise to trolls but that was just on another level,' she continued.

Amber called the troll 'evil' and said she wouldn't normally respond and 'rise' to people who left hateful comments on her social media accounts
A spokesman for Amber told FEMAIL: 'Amber was targeted by a troll who decided to focus on her mother’s recent cancer and subsequent recovery. The troll was relentless and eventually Amber did reply and call them out. It was extremely distressing for Amber and her family and of course for anyone who has been through any kind of life changing illness.
'This is part of a bigger problem on line which is rife and many people are targeted regardless of their public profile. Amber wants to stand up to these people and support those who have been affected in anyway that she can. Bullying is not acceptable in any form, whoever you are.'
Chris and Amber announced they'd moved in together last weekend when he shared a picture of their new keys.
'Me and @amberdowdingx start our new chapter today,' he posted.
The couple's big step comes just seven months after they had re-connected following the breakdown of their relationship in October 2016
Amber maintained that the split did her and Chris, also 23, some good, allowing them to reevaluate their relationship for the better
He continued: 'Moving in together just before Christmas,' before repeating the news via his Twitter page, as he added: 'Can proudly say that me and @amberdowdingx are moving out today.'
The reality star was inundated with well wishes and congratulations from fans, with his older brother and former Love Island star Jon Clark responding to his post by revealing he is already 'missing' Chris.
Jon, who is now a regular cast member on The Only Way Is Essex, tweeted a broken heart emoji in reply to his sibling, as he said: 'Miss you already.'?
